About the University
Madurai Kamaraj University is a constitutional University, recognized by Govt. of Tamilnadu in 1966. It was named subsequent to historic city of Madurai, which was the ancient capital of Pandyan rulers. It is acknowledged and funded through UGC and it’s also the member of Association of Indian Universities. It has received Grade A from NAAC. The Directorate of Distance Education of the university was founded in 1971. It has student force of about 1.20 lakhs. It has 95 Study Centres exterior to Tamilnadu and 15 Study Centres outside Indian. Only just, this University had received status of "University with Potential for Excellence” which is given to only 9 countries around the country by UGC (University Grants Commission).
Madurai Kamaraj University calls candidates to join the 2 year distance learning education – MBA program for the year 2010.
Eligibility
Candidate should have graduate degree of any field.
Application Form
Defective or Incomplete Application Forms will be rejected under all circumstances. Applicant can pay the examination fees at any branch of the SBI (State Bank of India) in the account of Madurai Kamaraj University Account No.1. Applicant can also send a Demand Draft from any scheduled Bank payable at Madurai favoring to The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University. Please remember that Cheques, Money Orders, Postal orders and Treasury Chalans are not acceptable.
Candidates will be allowed to appear in the following examinations, paper wise only.
Candidate who is appearing first time has to submit attested Xerox copy of his/her Diploma Provisional Certificate. In the case of different University, the candidate has to submit a copy of communication granting identification for the exam passed by him/her.
