Post Graduation Diploma in Management Xavier institute

Eligibility:
If you have three-year Bachelor’s degree in any branch of learning from well-known academy then you are eligible to submit an application. Applicants, who have just appeared for final year of their Bachelor’s degree course, are also acceptable. Applications of such candidates will be conditional. If applicants fall down to obtain all the necessities including degree earlier than June 15 then their applications will be repealed.

Required Documents:
Candidates should submit verified photocopies of SSC and HSC certificates, statement of Bachelor’s degree and photographs. Candidates, who are completing final year of degree, have time limit up to 25th September. If candidates have work experience then, they should submit certificates of it along with admission form.

Admission Test:
Candidates have to appear for the Admission Test (XAT), which will be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur on 3rd January. For making claim online for XAT, applicants should log on to www.xlri.edu.  To appeal for XIMB, registration of XAT is compulsory.

It is essential to apply separately for Admission Test. Online application form should be filled attentively. After filling the form, candidates can download payment advice form. Eligibility:
Students, who have least 3 years Bachelor’s degree in any syllabus, are able to apply. In combined, applicants should have minimum 50% marks in their final year. Candidates must have appeared in CAT/MAT. Offers of students, who expect to complete their final year of degree, are also accepted. Applications of such candidates are provisional. They have to finish all the rules and regulations of their examinations by June 30. After selection, institute will offer one conditional subject to such candidates to make safe minimum 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree examination.

For the Admissions in the PGDM programme requires a Bachelor's degree of BCA, BBA,B COM etc (by considering the 10 + 2 + 3 (4 years) system). The candidates must be scored with minimum 50% marks or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognized course by the Association of Indian Universities. Candidates who are appearing in the final examination of any of the Bachelor's degree course or equivalent are also eligible to apply in PGDM by MICA.

The Selection criteria has 3 stages, In first stage Candidates can apply in the course based on the scores of CAT or GMAT Test.
In second Stage candidates who are short listed will be invited for the MICA Admissions Test (MICAT) which is held at selected venues across the country. In Third stage: Those candidates who have cleared the MICAT will be invited for Personal Interview (PI) and Group Exercise (GE) at the MICA campus in Ahmedabad.

Students who are having demonstrable aptitude for expressing their views, assessing or conceiving the ideas that move people to do some action and to achieve business results, will have better chances of being short listed and get admission in PGDM easily.
