Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) is one of the prominent management institute in India who provides the qualitative and value base education in management studies. The courses offer by institute is Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Part time course in Business Administration and Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management (PGDCM) etc.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
PGDM is a full time two year programme and has the trimester system. First year includes management courses and second year consists of core subjects.
Focus Areas
This course focuses mainly on developing the students in the field of management. Give the ability of problem solving and decision-making to each individual which is very useful while obtaining daily jobs in the management.
Eligibility
Candidates who want to apply for PGDM require having bachelor’s degree with minimum of 50% aggregated marks. Reserved category candidates need 45% marks. Candidates who are give their final year exam and are waiting for their results also may apply.
Criteria of Judging
The qualifying candidates are judge by using following criteria
1. Academic records of Bachelor’s degree education.
2. Scores of XAT, CAT or ATMA examinations.
3. Group Discussion is also the very important in terms of judging.
4. Candidate’s performance in the Personal Interview.
5. If candidate have any work experience then that work experience is also considered for judging.
