Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, situated at the Hisar, was documented on October 20, 1995 via Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana. Having the objectives to facilitate or promote the studies with research in promising areas of higher education providing focus on innovative frontiers of environmental studies, technology, pharmacy, non-conventional sources, and management studies and also having excellence for all these associated fields. 

The University is having the exceptional distinction of being accepted by the UGC (University Grants Commission) under Section 2(f) of the recognition to degrees, on 11.1.1996, under section 12(B) for UGC Act and may be adequate for central assistance on 7.2.1997, within 15 months of the existence. This University is chosen for accreditation by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), which is an autonomous organization for the UGC (University Grants Commission), in year 2001-02. 

The Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology requests applications for the admission of MBA via distance education on each academic year. 

Eligibility

Any Graduate having 50% marks (45% for the SC category) through any recognized university may apply for this. The fellow of the ICSI, ICFAI, ICAI, ICWAI, or similar body having one-year working experience later than graduation, may also apply.

Admission Procedure

The prospectus can be attained through the sale counter of university with paying merely Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- for BC / SC / PH / candidates only from Haryana during the given time period. For delivery via Post, Rs.50/- can be charge extra.

The admission prospectus may also be downloaded via the university website www.gjust.ac.in at given date and can be submitted mutually with Demand Draft having amount of Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- for the BC / SC / PH candidates of Haryana only) favoring to the “Registrar, GJUS&T Hisar”, due at Hisar.
