Bharathiar University Distance Learning MBA Admission

Bharathiar University was established in the year 1982 under the Bharathiar University Act 1982 at Coimbatore.  The main aim of establishing this university is to provide as much knowledge and skills to students so that can be capable of to face the challenging world.  It offers all the UG, PG and certificate courses from all the levels along with some professional courses. The university is being recognized by UGC.

The Distance education of Bharathiar University is also the major landmark in this university which was opened in the year 1991-92.  All the courses from this university distance education are being approved by DEC. There are 125 study centers spread across Chennai and offers all the study facilities. Students seeking admission for the MBA course no need appear for entrance exam, but need to qualify for other eligibility criteria. The Bharathiar university distance education offers MBA and Executive MBA courses. University offers MBA course in 13 different fields such as:

· Marketing

· Tourism

· Finance

· Retail

· Information system management

· Entrepreneurship

· Export management

Eligibility for MBA Admission in Bharathiar University distance education:

· Candidate should be graduate from any stream with at least 50% passing marks from any recognized university

· Candidates no need to appear for the entrance exam

Application Procedure for MBA Admission:

· Candidate can go for spot admission which is done on the study centers. Students have to carry the entire attested necessary certificate along with the filled application form.

· Candidate can also go for post by requesting the application form for MBA by sending DD of Rs 150/- to the Director of School of distance education.

· Candidate can also obtain the form from any of the SBI bank branch in Coimbatore by paying Rs 100/-

· One can also download the MBA form from www.b-u.ac.in and while submitting candidate has enclose SBI challan on DD of Rs 100/-.

· The filled can be sent on study centers, university or spot centers as per your convenience. Along with the MBA admission form, candidate also has to send required document with the form.

Fee structure for MBA course: 

The fee structure for MBA course will be Rs 8000/- per semester (4 SEM). It changes on the regular basis.
