The classes are frequently conducted via two-way Audio-Video communication, which is known as tele-classroom, with flowing facilities, which provides the virtual classroom-learning environment. All these programs are having two modules in which the participants are present at classes through logging in at any of its 300-plus high-bandwidth networked-classrooms, which are there in the country as well as the other component, named in-campus module, which is conducted in the IIMK campus in Kozhikode.

• Two-Year EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Program) - accredited by the AMBA

• EEPGM (Executive Education Program in General Management) - previously known as eMEP

• EEPF (Executive Education Program in Finance) 

• EEPSM (Executive Education Program in Strategic Management) 

• EEPM (Executive Education Program in Marketing) 

• EEPOM (Executive Education Program in Operations Management) 

Apart from the above Executive Education Programs, the IIMK provides specific Management Development Programs in Executive education mode.
